1. Annual membership dues are $2,000 includes summer feeding. Payment due in full by April 1st. They include the spring gobbler season. Memberships unpaid by April 30th need to notify Crystal Ludolf at (205) 281-4258. This will incur a $200 late fee. If no notification is made by April 30th unpaid members will be dropped from the club roster. Each membership includes the immediate, dependent family of the member, i.e. spouse and children. They may participate in hunts at no extra charge. Adult children, siblings or extended family of the paid member must purchase a separate membership. Members are allowed to invite guests who may hunt for a fee of $75.00 per day. Guest harvest will be counted under the members bag limit. All guest are to submit photo ID and pay prior to being on property. Guest Fees are nonrefundable. Guest are only allowed to harvest bucks four points or better, no does. A maximum of one guest per member at any one time will be allowed. All dues and fees should be paid through the Venmo @Okalee-HuntClub, given to John Ludolf/Crystal Ludolf or mailed to 954 Trails End Road Leeds, AL 35094. Checks must be made out to John Ludolf or Crystal Ludolf.
2. A map of the club land along with a pin board and log book is located at the main campground. To select a hunting location, all hunters must place their pin on a stand on the club map and enter their name on the log book. Place your pin as close as possible to where you are hunting. Be respectful of your fellow hunters and do not invade their pinned area. Do not touch other members pins. If you do, your membership will be terminated immediately without reimbursement of dues.
3. Member pins are green in color; guest pins are yellow. Each member will have their own number. Members may reserve a stand only for themselves, not for others. It is the responsibility of each member / guest to remove their respective pins from the board after hunting. Removing another’s pin or pinning more than one stand is not allowed. All hunters are limited to four consecutive days of hunting on any one club stand. Keep gates locked at all times. Two work weekends will be scheduled. If you are unavailable for work days there will be a buyout option of $200 per work weekend.
4. No scouting or driving around the properties is allowed once the season starts, except on the stand you have pinned. All 4-wheelers / ATVs are to be utilized to travel to and from hunts and to retrieve game only. Absolutely No driving on or around edge of green field unless you are retrieving game. All stands and feeders must be placed two weeks prior to the start of juvenile week and not move until after hunting season is over. Absolutely no moving stands or feeders during season. Only two personal stands per member. Name and phone number needs to be on personal stands. Absolutely No stalk hunting. If you do, your membership will be terminated immediately without reimbursement of dues.
5. Feeders must be 30 gallons or bigger. Feeders must be filled with 60% protein (Record Rack) and 40% corn all year. Feeders are to be filled and cameras checked at 12:00 pm only during hunting season. If someone is pinned you must have permission before filling the feeder or checking the camera.
6. Bag limits are defined by Alabama law. Bucks must be four points or better. Any buck harvest less than four points will result in a $100 fine on the first offence, $500 second offence and membership termination on third offence without reimbursement of dues. Guest are only allowed to harvest bucks four points or better, no does. No hog hunting during juvenile week.
7. All deer harvested must be logged in on the data sheet at the cooler / skinning shed and a picture sent to Crystal Ludolf at (205) 281-4258 or emailed to okaleehuntclub@gmail.com. A data sheet is maintained there to record statistics of each harvest and members may store their deer in the refrigerated cooler at no charge. Entrails and scraps from the deer are to be hauled to a dump site located on the road to food plot #6.
8. Memberships include the use of the club RV Park which provides garbage disposal (during season only), electricity, water and sewer hook ups. A $5 per day charge will incur each day you are at the camp. (If the power is on you owe the $5 until meters are installed.) Absolutely no electric heaters or electric water heaters are allowed. Members in good standing may leave their RV’s at the park year around at no cost. Off season you must dispose of your garbage. Water and electricity must be disconnected when not staying at the park, on or off season, and it is advisable to drain all water lines to avoid freezing. We plan to install separate meters for each lot. The meters will be read each month and that is what you will owe for power each month. When this is complete you will be allowed to run electric or gas which ever you choose. We will let you know when this is complete.
9. Unpaid members who have been dropped from the roster must remove their RV’s from the park and personal stand from the woods by May 30th after the close of the current season. A $5.00 per day storage charge will be assessed after the 30th, and any RV left over 30 additional days will be considered abandoned and disposed of in accordance with Alabama state law unless prior arrangements are made.
10. DO NOT leave litter scattered in the woods, around stands or in stands. It is the responsibility of all hunters to regularly check the bulletin board located at the main campground for new information or operational changes throughout the hunting season.
11. In an effort to reduce pressure on the deer you are not allowed in woods every week during the summer.
12. If you or your guest hunt someone else’s stand without permission your membership will be terminated without refund.

Member Agreement – Members and members guest agree to the club rules by way of signature or payment of club dues, no liabilities can be charged against the property owners, club members, or guests for any accident on Okalee Hunting Club property. All members, immediate family members, and guests will hunt at their own risk. All guest must submit a photo id to Crystal Ludolf at (205) 281-4258 or emailed to okaleehuntclub@gmail.com prior to entering property. Payment also must be made prior to entering property.
